Our family's tradition started in 1976 when Vittorio Mondin and Miledi Faresin opened an Artisan gastronomy for selling typical Polenta and Tortellini. As the years confirmed the quality of products, potato gnocchi, fresh and dry egg pasta were added, to provide a wider range of products maintaining a craftsmanship of high quality raw materials.
During the 90’s their children Stefania, Fabrizio and Micaela joined the business to continue the family's traditions, arriving now at 40 years of business with a distribution in restaurants, boutique, catering and local festivals.
Even if our presence is relevant in the Veneto and Trentino areas, in these years our products got in touch with different restaurants, boutique and relatives of our customers' in Scotland, Austria, Germany and Australia. So, probably we are closer that you can think!
