Our products are managed using a pasteurization process and packed in protected atmosphere (best before 45 days at MAX 4°C).

Cooking Time: 6 minutes circa
Package size 500g – Boxes of 5-8 kg
Boxed in alimentary bag of 5 – 10 kg for big distribution (expiration date according to Italian Law)
